My Griffin did not attend at court however the barrister representing the party was at court on his behalf.
Having read his statement on the BNP website it appears to me that Mr. Griffin has thrown the ‘towel’ in, given up at the very first step and let his loyal members down badly.

Well Nick I am lost for words, NOT!
I like many other Nationalists, some even from different parties stood by you during your court case at Leeds crown Court.
We stood in the snow, hail, rain and freezing cold supporting you as you took on the politized legal system in our fight for ‘Freedom of Speech’ you told me many times that you were prepared to go to prison because that is how strongly you felt.
You stood by me when you and other Nationalists stood in the snow outside Halifax police station when I was too was arrested because of undercover filming for the BBC Secret Agent documentary.
We had an anger a determination and a drive then, to beat these undemocratic forces levelled against us and beat them we did because we would not give in.
You called for demonstrations, you got them, you called for donations, you got them, you mobilised the party and a good proportion of the general public in support too, you did not give in and you won.
Now I wonder why you have given in so easily. Could the fact that you are an MEP have lessened your determination as a committed nationalist to up hold core racial nationalist policies?
Everything we as Nationalists have fought for has been abandoned and strewn on the steps of the race industries Tsar Phillips as you touch your forelock and bow lowly as you retreat from his presence.
You quite rightly complain about the power of the CEHR - so ‘fight them’
You fought them for Freedom of Speech, so why not for your party?
Fight them because there are hundreds of non-White mono-ethnic groups up and down the country (many start funded), fight them because of section 25 and 26 of the Human Rights Act a small section is shown below
25 Discrimination: associations not within s. 11
(1)This section applies to any association of persons (however described, whether corporate or unincorporated, and whether or not its activities are carried on for profit) if—
(a) It has twenty-five or more members; and
(b) Admission to membership is regulated by its constitution and is so conducted that the members do not constitute a section of the public within the meaning of section 20(1);
But Nick the People of this country need you to stand up to this racist oppression and fight it, letting ethnics join will destroy the BNP and drive its members away.
As an ex BNP organiser I would have been the first to leave had you suggested this surrender then.
The National Front will not give in to such oppression we ‘will’ stand up to Phillips and his like.
Even if we have to de register as a political party and become a Civil Rights Group with ‘Independent’ candidates standing on a Nationalist ticket we will continue to support and ‘represent’ OUR people.
We would ask all BNP members and supporters to read your chairman’s statement, consider it very seriously and decide as Nationalists for yourselves.
Remember the National Front has a 42 year Nationalist history, it is a household name and has never diluted its core Nationalist policies nor will it.

WE ARE NOT RIGHT-WINGERS!
A COMMON fallacy that we White Nationalists often encounter is the
notion that we are some kind of right-wingers — albeit a little more
drastic or extreme. Accordingly, whereas most right-wingers simply
moan and wring their hands about conditions or otherwise speak in
measured tones of eloquent protest, we White Nationalists are
expected to behave a bit more recklessly in the service of the
Cause.
The truth, however, is that we are not part of any right-wing
movement, anymore, than we are part of some left-wing cause.
Whereas the so-called Right and Left are nothing more than two sides of the same coin, White Nationalism is a different coin altogether. It is revolutionary and it is unique.
The role of the Right, on the other hand, is hopelessly reactionary. It functions in perfect tandem with every initiative taken by the Left. All the Reds have to do to get these myopic creatures to do something is to embrace the opposite. If they want them to jump off a cliff, all they have to do is say, "Don't jump!" — and away the turkeys go, gobbling off into the wild blue yonder.
Whether in matters of domestic policy or foreign affairs, the reaction is inevitably the same. "Pollution is good because the Socialist Workers Party is against it." "Job safety is bad, because Arthur Scargill's SLP are for it." "Saddam Hussein was a Communist, because the Morning Star has denounced US policy on Iraq." "Corporate capitalism and the plastic society are a taste of the Millennium itself, because the Reds are against free enterprise." And so it goes. The same muddled reasoning applies to issues ranging from energy, public health and land use to the former Soviet Union, China and the Middle East.
Actually, "rightwingism" isn't so much a coherent philosophy as it is a pattern of induced Pavlovian behaviour triggered by stimuli gratuitously supplied by the Left.
As Racial Nationalists and National Revolutionaries, we refuse to play this game.
We do not take our cue from what the Left does or does not do — let alone from what the Right does or doesn't do — but rather from a clear-cut world view which based upon the immutable laws of Nature. And here we recognize first of all the values of Blood, Race and Social Justice and the necessity for their preservation at all costs.
This is the cornerstone of White Nationalism. And all considerations of good and bad, of right and wrong, must ultimately be decided from that point alone — and not by the actions or notions of either Right or Left.
The clucking and gobbling we reserve
for others. Our job is not to convert a reactionary Right Wing or a
sterile Left Wing, but to build a new order by winning the hearts
and minds of those who are alienated by both these factions of a
decadent and dying old order.
LIBERALISM: THE NEW MARXISM
When the Berlin Wall came down in 1989 it was widely proclaimed that
Communism was
dead and "freedom and democracy" was now safe and victorious. No such thing!
Communism just took another form – International Global Capitalism and Liberal-Democracy, two other forms of Communism.
What really happened was that the Super-Globalists and Zionists who run this poor old world of ours had decided that Marxism was of no further use so they engineered its downfall (pretty quick wasn’t it?) and repackaged it as Liberalism – International Liberalism that is.
International Liberalism is far more dangerous than open Communism because it comes under many guises. But look at the similarities between modern Globalist Liberalism and old fashioned (?) Marxism: -
They are both Internationalist dedicated to a One World State
They both promote multi racialism
They both want the destruction of individual free nations
They both promote the false idea of "equality" and fake democracy
They both push for draconian laws against patriots of all nations
They are both in pawn to International Zionism
They both promote State Monopoly of the economy
They both promote the Holocaust Myth and the Holocaust industry
Convinced yet? You should be. Liberalism is now a far greater enemy because it is both sneaky and confusing to the ordinary public. The Red Menace has been vanquished and
freedom prevails. Freedom? What freedom? The freedom to be jailed for speaking the truth about race and immigration? The freedom to open your nations doors to millions of
bogus Asylum Seekers? The freedom to become a pawn in the great fraud of the European Union?
Liberalism was the handmaiden of Communism – now the role is reversed. Communism
has become the handmaiden of Globalist Liberalism. In the end – if they win, YOU, the British public lose.
What do you lose? Nothing less than your race and nation and the future of our British children. Liberalism must be exposed and fought.
It is an insidious multi-racialist enemy of the worst kind. Expose it. Fight it!

This will most likely be held on the 08th November. Last year nearly 300 Nationalists marched to the Cenotaph. We want to make it the biggest march for many years this year so put it in your diary now.
