I have received a request from six Branches of the party calling for an EGM, I have requested this to the current
administration and to date I have not received any form of acknowledgement of such. Therefore as legally registered
Chairman and Nomination officer of the party, it is my obligation to call the Extraordinary General Meeting. A contact
number with times and dates will be made as soon as possible.
The date for the Party's Extraordinary General Meeting has been set for Saturday 7th December 2013. For members wishing
to attend please phone this number 07950 474625 for details. Should you be put through to voicemail please leave your
membership number, name and contact telephone number and someone will contact you.
There have been many statements made by people, including those of the National Directorate, claiming that the appointment of Kevin Bryan as the National Front's Chairman was done in accordance with the party's constitution. This is, sadly, untrue and the information provided below are the facts appertaining to his unconstitutional appointment due to his ineligibility.
The key events surrounding the discussion of Kevin Bryan's legitimacy as National Front chairman are as follows:
It is very clear from the key events listed (1 to 4) that on Saturday 31st August 2013 Kevin Bryan was neither a directly elected member of the National Directorate nor was he a Regional Organiser/Regional Representative. This means he was not a constitutionally recognised National Directorate member when appointed as chairman on Saturday 31st August 2013. It is a constitutional requirement that the party's chairman is a member of the National Directorate and therefore the National Directorate acted unconstitutionally by appointing Kevin Bryan, an ineligible candidate, as chairman.
The appointment of the chairman is covered by sections 5A and 5B of the constitution.
5. THE NATIONAL DIRECTORATE
5A) COMPOSITION OF THE NATIONAL DIRECTORATE
The National Directorate shall be made up of six people elected annually by postal ballot of all paid up members of the party and the regional organisers of the party to number not less than seven and not more than eighteen.
5B) THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE
The National Executive shall be, the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and four other members of the Directorate selected by the National Directorate.
The appointment of Kevin Bryan as chairman was challenged and it was claimed that he is the Regional Organiser/Regional Representative for Thames Valley & Home Counties North. I am, afraid to say, that this is absolute nonsense for the following reasons:
(i) There are not 3 branches within the Thames Valley & Home Counties North region; therefore Kevin Bryan would have to be appointed by the National Directorate in the role of Regional Representative. If you review events listed above (1 to 4) you will see that he was not a Regional Organiser/Regional Representative in July 2013 so his appointment would need to have been ratified by the National Directorate at the Directorate meeting of Saturday 31st August 2013. Kevin Bryan, in his own words, clearly states the first item at the Directorate meeting was his appointment as chairman, but his appointment as Regional Representative would have been required before this. This clearly demonstrates that the party leadership are making things up to suit their agenda in the unconstitutional appointment of Kevin Bryan.
(ii) He is not from the region. Regional Representatives must fill the majority of the National Directorate places. His "appointment" as Regional Representative for Thames Valley & Home Counties North would set a precedence whereby it would be possible to have all of the appointed Regional Representatives from the same branch. This goes completely against the spirit of the constitution set out in the Articles of the Confederation Annexe 2 item 7 where I quote "Thus the Directorate will always be controlled by elected representatives from all regions of the country."
It should also be taken into consideration that under normal circumstances the regional committee, which would be formed by branch organisers of the region, would elect a Regional Organiser. As it is extremely evident that Kevin Bryan has been extremely active in the North West it would be laughable to suggest he would be a member of a branch within the Thames Valley & Home Counties North region. Therefore he would not be eligible to be voted into the Regional Organisers role as it would be impossible for him to be a Branch Organiser for a branch he is not a member of. As he could not possibly be the Regional Organiser (if there were three branches in the region) his "appointment" as Regional Representative for Thames Valley & Home Counties North is as invalid as his appointment as chairman.
Every member should expect, and has the responsibility to ensure, that the constitution is adhered to. The outgoing chairman has a responsibility to the members to ensure that their replacement has been appointed constitutionally, and it is extremely clear that this is not the case. In order to initiate a change of legally registered party officials with the Electoral Commission the outgoing chairman must sign an RP4 form, but in this particular case, by doing so they would be legitimising an unconstitutional decision. It is for this reason that the RP4 form has not been signed and one of the many reasons an EGM has been called.

An item on national-front.org is stating that myself, Steve Rowland and Bernadette Jaggers are liars due to a screenshot showing our resignations from party positions and states "they are now claiming they didn't resign and that they still hold their former party positions".
I have never claimed that I did not resign from my position, nor to the best of my knowledge have Steve Rowland or Bernadette Jaggers. The reason that I have not signed the RP4 form, and therefore still the legally registered Chairman of the National Front, is because the constitution was not adhered to in the appointment of my successor. For further information on this I recommend that you read the statement entitled "The Ineligibility of Kevin Bryan" available on www.national-front.org.uk.
As I agree with the fact that I have resigned, and have not claimed otherwise, how can I possibly be accused of lying?
This is an epic fail by Kevin Byran's propaganda team and I'm not even sure Joesph Goebbels could spin this one for you.
There has been an update on the Nationalist Sentinel blog which states "Post update - The Portsmouth National Front are NOT supporting the fake EGM, so there is even less validity to the 'Edwards Faction' claim that it can hold an EGM."
This is a very poor spin on the current situation.
Contact has been made with the Branch Organiser of Portsmouth and he will not be attending the EGM, which could be for any number of reasons including the possibility that he does not support it. The simple fact, however, is that Portsmouth branch held a branch meeting where the members of the branch supported the call for an EGM. A Branch Organiser cannot retract that support on behalf of a branch and therefore Portsmouth's status as a branch supporting the call for an EGM is still valid.
It has come to our attention that Rob Poundall has put out a statement entitled "Attempt to Wreck the National Front!". In this statement it is claimed that we escaped criminal prosecution due to a technical loophole in relation to the 1990 Computer Misuse Act. We are afraid this could not be further from the truth. The 1990 Computer Misuse Act covers the use of malicious software and the unauthorised access of computer systems. We will state, yet again, that at no time did we, or anyone on our behalf, access any system that we were not authorised to! The claim that we made use of a technical loophole is ridiculous as it is a very black and white issue - we either did, or did not, access a computer system without authorisation. As we, apparently, "escaped criminal prosecution" the only conclusion to be made is self-evident.
Rob Poundall then goes on to claim that we "Destroyed years of work by NF Webmasters and the many organisers...". This, again, is false. The only way we could have destroyed anything is if we deleted it from the hosting server, which would mean that access was gained to a computer system without authorisation. This would of course been against the law under the 1990 Computer Misuse Act, something that Rob has stated that we are not guilty of. So which is it Rob? Did we or didn't we break the law under the 1990 Computer Misuse Act? You need to make your mind up!
If you are in any doubt as to our involvement in "destroying" any of the website content from the hosting servers then I can confirm that a fellow activist has created a screen capture video. In this video, created on Saturday 23rd November 2013 (This is a few days after Kevin Bryan's accusations of hacking and removing website content), he demonstrates that the original content (that Rob Poundall is accusing us of destroying) was still present and available to the world if they knew how to access it. The activist will be happy to submit the video as evidence in any police investigation and swear to its authenticity under oath in any UK court.
As the content was still there it can only be assumed that the current Webmaster does not have the necessary knowledge or skills to transfer the website to a new domain name, which is why the website content has not been made available. The website was built on a CMS platform and moving the content to a new domain name is not as simple as copying a few computer files.
If any data was lost it was not on account of us, but this then brings up another question. Why does the Webmaster not have a backup of the website files and database? It is the Webmaster's responsibility to ensure they have a valid backup in case there is any data loss, for any reason.
Do not panic though, as the former registrant of this domain name (national-front.org.uk) has a backup of the website dated 13/08/2013. If he is asked nicely he will let the party leadership have a copy, but no technical assistance. However, we would not recommend that anyone who has made, or published, the false allegations that we have undertaken illegal computer activity contact him because he is not impressed in the slightest with these accusations.
Now that we have provided a solution for the party leadership regarding their website data loss we wonder if there are any other problems that they would like us to help them with?

It has come to our attention that Kevin Bryan has put up statements on the NF Facebook page
and the nationalist sentinel blog accusing us of the following:
(1) Hacking the party website (www.national-front.org.uk)
(2) Removing previous website content
(3) Changing all of the passwords
(4) Changing the hosting company
The only one of the above that is true is (4) - changing the hosting company. The other accusations are, at best, being made due to a lack of understanding of what actually was done or, at worst, outright lies.
Gaining unauthorised access to computer systems, unauthorised removing of content and unauthorised changing of passwords are illegal and should Kevin Bryan believe that this was undertaken by us then he should, of course, contact the police. We will offer the police our full assistance in this matter and once resolved we will point them at the libellous comments being made.
The only reason that the website has changed to one promoting the EGM is because the demand for an EGM had been ignored
which is an infringement of the constitutional rights of the members. Therefore, in the interests of upholding the
membership's constitutional rights, the decision was taken by Ian Edward, as the current Party Chairman registered with
the Electoral Commission to call the EGM himself.
